FLOW YOGA

MINDFULNESS, MEDITATION & SELF-STUDY

The Mindfulness, Meditation and Self-Study Module will be a journey of self-discovery through designing and embracing a month long sadhana, the spiritual practices or disciplines which lead to perfection, through contemplation. We will allow our attention to move inward to meditate on the self. Through practice, theory and compassion, we will create the space and container to understand and develop a deeper sense of our challenges and how we can become more peaceful with ourselves.

Through a dedicated month long process, we will document through journaling, practice and self-reflection the peeling away of our innermost layers to create a more balanced approach to our life journey.

We will participate in practice, lecture and experiential exercises to create a month long plan of self-discovery. Upon completion of this module, the student will be prepared to implement their self-exploration practices at home. We will have an optional meeting and practice at the end of the month to come together to share as a community those things that we discovered and uncovered as a result of the plan we each designed. A journal reflection will be required to submit at the completion of the Sadhana.

 

During this 25 hour module we will explore:

– Mindfulness practices
– Meditation
– Strategies for Self-Study
– Sadhana practices
– Community Connection

**This course is open to students with a steady practice who wish to learn more about the mindfulness, meditation and self-study.
(Space may be limited based on full program participants)

Required Text:

A Journal

 

Required Outside Work:

– Month long Sadhana and end of month meeting (meeting is optional, Sadhana required)
– Practice and journaling exercises (journal reflection required)

Program Cost $4,200
Early Bird Special Cost $3,900, you save $300. Special closes March 31, 2018
Flow 200 YTT graduates and current Flow teachers receive Evergreen Early Bird.
A La Carte Payment: $350
Please keep in mind space may be limited based on full program participants.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

There is a $150 non-refundable non-transferable processing fee included in your payment for the full program cost and a one time $25 non-refundable non-transferable processing fee for A La Carte participants. This fee helps us cover a variety of administrative costs such as processing your application and tracking your program progress for Yoga Alliance. The full cost or partial cost of the Program is non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.
