  Tuesdays and Thursday 10:30-12:30am Pilates with Staci Larue
Pilates is a combination of strengthening and lengthening exercises that develops long, lean muscles, improves posture, and adds flexibility to the spine. It is a total body workout. Pilates can change body composition (muscle to fat ratio) attacking excess bulk in the hips and thighs and tightening the abdominal muscles. It can also help to relieve or reduce low back pain. Mat Pilates has been proven effective for all body types and fitness levels, regardless of age, weight, or ability. Certified IM=X Pilates instructor Staci LaRue will be offering a special 6 week Pilates Core series. (12 classes total)

  Friday 6:45-8:00am Flow Boot Camp
Join Jenn for a fun workout that will start your day off right! The sessions will begin outdoors where we might do stairs at market station or run on the W and O.D. trail. Following a 45 minute cardio workout we will head inside for 30 minutes of strength training and stretching. These sessions will be intense and fun for anyone of any fitness level.

Are you brand new to yoga? Were tie dye and bell bottoms in fashion the last time you did a downdog?
Learn yoga in a small class setting and learn the flow at your own pace and with as much instruction and individual attention as you need. We are proud to be able to offer this 6 week course in our NEW second studio!

  M-F July 20th or August 17th Yoga Summer Camp
Join Jenn for a fun week of yoga. Your children will learn authentic yoga with a fun and playful twist. We will do yoga including breathing and meditation. Children will learn how to stretch, balance, relieve stress and focus attention. We will play yoga games, sing songs and make creative projects based on a weekly and daily theme. Sign up early as this was a popular program last year.

Children will love this fun twist on traditional yoga. We make the practice of asana (poses) breathing and meditation fun with games and songs. Yoga is a great way for kids to stay fit, centered and focused.
